Not belong?

Today the admin posted final montage that they've used for the evaluation.. and guess what? I am truly disappointed that my picture was not in the montage.. none.. nada.. not even a very small circle encapsulating the others that truly enjoyed the video session and photography session after the weekly morning meeting. Truly sad, for me lah, as if I don't belong here :(

I wrote a comment of my 'missing' pic and I missed the group photo most of all.. I think it was taken on the day I had an emergency meeting called by one of our prospective client.. I spent half an hour thinking what went wrong with my existence in this company.. I missed almost every group photo session, I missed photo session with ex-VP and overseas delegates during the international seminar organized by me and my team.. I missed the recently organized national seminar of which I was one of the speakers. I missed most of important photography sessions, and the latest one is this - the final montage for 2009 AKP evaluation! And what I got back was a mere remark from Admin saying that they wanted to take R&D projects group photo and this time each project need to make sure that PD, PL and team members are available. I will purposely miss this one, because I am beginning to realize that even if I resign in 24 hours, no one will notice me.. not even my ex-email pal or my bosses.. let them say what they want to say, but my project will not be in the list that the project team photo was taken on so and so..

But they crafted a beautiful montage of which I was not part of it.. I just hope the best for the company in the evaluation. I don't plan to write anymore comment in the knowledge repository and will remains silence from now on.. but I will continue share the motivational article with them, but no more comment whatsoever.. I am broken-hearted with what they did to me.. and I know no one will notice that I don't write anymore for the repository.

p/s: I was late this morning.. I said Hi, and all I got was a cynical remark 'Lambat!'.. why can't he said another 'Hi'.. definitely will stop giving input for the progress or whatever motivation that I got.. he is annoying again :( :(
