Health:
1. Drink plenty of water – Done!
2. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar – erk.. susah nih, slalunye dinner pun makan banyak.. hehe
3. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants, and eat less food that is manufactured in plants (factory) – boleh lah nk practice..
4. Live with the 3 E's - Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy – emm..
5. Make Time for Prayers. – Insyaallah.. boleh lagi..
6. Play more games – indoor games boleh le.. outdoor, tak larat weh..
7. Read more books – ye, baca dan baca dan baca..
8. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day – boleh, lps solat …
9. Sleep for 7 hours – erk, quite impossible considering malam je lah nk buat keje2 rumah.. paling awal leh tido kul 12 malam, bgn kul 6 pagi. So, 6 jam je…
10. Take a 10-30 minutes walk every day -- and while you walk, SMILE!! – mmg keje berjalan ler, esp kat ofis…

11. Don't compare your life to others'. You have no idea what their journey is all about. - ye betul..
12. Don't have negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment. – orait…
13. Don't over do; keep your limits – ni part mmg tk reti.. byk bebeno nk dibuat nyer..
