Maybank Online too slow...

I don't know why Maybank2U online banking is too slow today. Usually it will only takes few minutes to transfer funds, view transaction history and other things, but today.. urgghh! I've waited for almost half an hour to finish 5 fund transfers, excluding several disconnection problems. My internet connection is reliable, of course it is since ours is provided by the University. Never down so far. I hope Maybank IT geniuses will look into their traffic problem - add more gateways or servers or whatever needed to make you customers happy. Customers are always right, don't you agree?
