Subject: It's Monday again..
Another working week. I am looking again at several wedding pictures of a fren. The dress, the car, the wedding bouquet and etc etc. Another lavish wedding. Got connected to several long lost friends in FB. Monday blues, that is all I can say. I am in a mood of telling everyone of warehouse sales that I got into last weekend. It was at rock bottom price. On Saturday, I went at about 10 am to Sleep Focus Sdn Bhd, just around the corner of my house where they are having home and living warehouse sales, with my two kids on tow. I thought it was only the local made brand such as Novelled, Diana but surprisingly they are having Ann Taylor, Jean Perry, Polo Racquet Club on sale too! I got to but 2 sets of cream-colored sliding door curtains for RM110, 2-panel window French pleat curtain for RM30 and 3-panel window curtain for RM40 (all from Novelle Luxury line). I grabbed two Ann Taylor’s towels and bathmats one set of Novelle Silk with Chiffon comforter set at RM150 (normal price was RM600++) but could not decide on Jean Perry queen quilt cover, maybe next time. It was cheap at RM190 for pastel embroidery line but I don’t have anymore space for comforter set unless I threw out my existing Jean Perry’s wedding set. Hehe. Very selfish. The morning session was quite ok, but people started to pack up the car park area around 11 am and my kids were screaming like mad because it was damn hot. They were enjoying themselves with pillows and all early in the morning though. I had to bring them out to pizza at Nilai because they just don’t want to go home at 11:30 in the morning as we usually spent hours outside homes on weekends. We went again to the sales in the evening around 5pm, to buy some more. I spent a total of RM250 for the sales, which was a good bargain indeed! I wish they will have another warehouse sales next year so that I can change our quilts covers, bedsheets etc as often as we can. Hehe.
Btw, DH seems to like the new comforter set, very luxurious looking quilt. The kids love it too! At RM150, it is worth hurting my arms holding those pieces while bargain hunting. Hehehe.
